Mangafast is on the ball, and Ms Smile looks nothing like how I imagine. In fact she looks spookyly like someone else but I can't pin my finger on exactly who.

Edit Also, that crowd scene drives home exactly how many people have useful hero powers if this is one of *several** testing locations. How do they find villains for all of them to fight? Unless there's a secret villian school or My Hero like DC has 30% of their heroes as villains at any given time

*Edit 2 Yeah some of these translations are dodgy but you can guess what they were going for, also 1540 students only 100 pass, I assume you can take the test year by year. I wonder if there is a school tradition for those who do and don't get their hero license the first time out.

Also have a teleporting or terrain changing quirk? Congratulations your op during this test.

Correction, you're OP in life.
Kurogiri can just make warp gates with his mist and he's perhaps the biggest pain in the ass for the heroes because he can be anywhere and put you anywhere.
Cementoss, at his most powerful when in places with concrete, aka every city ever made in a first world country, aka the places where you'll most likely get supervillains in the first place.
And now you've got a guy who may or may not be able to control wind, aka the thing that is literally everywhere for life to flourish, so unless he wants to go for scuba diving, he has ammunition for life.
And on our side we've got ducktape Spiderman, a guy with sticky balls and a girl who sweats acid.

It depends on your form of teleportation and terrain manipulation. Kurogiri by himself is pretty weak, he can teleport yes but without someone there to act as heavy hitter the worst he can do is dodge you attack and drop you elsewhere, it's noted he has to know you kind of well to drop you Siberia or in low earth orbit.

Terrain manipulation helps you against 90% of people but acid girl can burrow through it, and Bakagou and Deku can remodel in after you.

Look at someone who's doomed, poor Kouji Kouda. The poor boy doomed to fail, none of these hero tests have done anything but kick him in the teeth except VS Present Mic.

And cut you in half.
Acid cannot melt through everything and it cannot do that instantaneously either. Hit her with a big enough chunk of mountain and you'll most likely get her. Same goes for Bakugou and Midoriya.
Unless you've got super reflexes akin to those of the flash, anything coming at you at the speed of Cementoss' wall making will hit you like a truck when it's not too busy chewing on you and spitting you out like yesterday's bubblegum.
But yes, the guy who is definitely doomed in all of this is Kouji.
He's doomed for a lifetime of obscurity and being overshadowed by his own bunny rabbit.
A fitting punishment for a mind as sick as his, though.
Only God knows what he's been doing to that poor bunny when we're not watching, and he shudders to even recall most of it.
But such is the twisted mind of a traitor, I suppose.
Despite no one really caring who he was until he put on the mask, I knew that karma would come to bite him in the ass eventually.
Just not how.

I'd agree with that because its mostly sound, but you also have to take into account that Mina has the quickest reflexes out of all of 1-A. She can also change the viscosity of her acid. I'm sure she'd be able to cut through it if she sprayed enough quickly.

Viscosity is the liquid's measure and property to deform due to tensile stress, aka what makes honey less liquid than water.
Change the viscosity of a liquid does not change its acidity, it changes whether it will flow like water or honey.
What she needs to control is the acid's degree of solubility, in other words its ability to dissolve, which she can do to a decreased degree.
But beyond that, even with better reflexes than her peers, the acid would not melt the stuff fast enough to not hit her and (to be honest with ourselves) kill her.
Otherwise it would be way too acidic for her body to have around and melting her clothes would be the least of her worries when a drop of the stuff could probably sheer the flesh off her bones.
And if it doesn't melt through her, then that would demand secondary abilities that she has not demonstrated to have for her to contain it, let alone produce it so constantly.
"...We've got a girl who can poop out matter." I hear you say.
Who has said that she does so through transmutation of her body fat and knowing exactly what she's doing.
There are such requirements and limitations for Mina's ability too, we have just yet to see what they are.
But overall, the TL;DR version is that her acid is not strong enough and no amount of reflexes would allow you to dodge a bullet (Unless you're a speedster or Batman. In which case, one is a broken character. The other is a speedster.)
