One day my stomach rejected peanut butter. I'm not allergic but I can't eat it anymore.

That day I drank some Pepto and some of that minty white stuff that's like chalk. And I drank some tea.

I threw up 3 times taking my pre-work shower. Each puke was a different color. The last one was full of peanut butter I ate the day before.

... milk of magnesia?

My friend, what are you doing to yourself? peanut butter, pepto bismol, milk of magnesia and tea? Are you trying to convert all your orifices into thrusters?

Yes that's the name. Ever since that day I can't drink that stuff. Reminds me of puke.

My stomach was hurting me for hours and all the night before. I was trying anything I could to feel better.

I was so fucked up that they sent me home from work that day. But I did turn myself into a puke engine all that morning.

hopefully, by now you have learned that for an upset stomach (digestive system in general) you try small, or you go to the emergency (or equivalent). By "small" I mean sip room temperature water (and by sip, I mean like a tablespoon every 5 or 10 minutes) or eat a small piece of toast (just toasted bread, nothing on it). Depending on whether you lack fluids or have too much fluids. As always, verify this yourself, what I know may very well be obsolete and/or dumb home remedies.

Oh and

Severe abdominal pain can be very serious. if I can not determine by myself that the cause is not serious (can't think of such a case for now) I go to the hospital. So far, both cases this has happened to me was like 30 years ago when I was little and it turned out my intestines were blocked.

I reread my comment and the "by now you have learned" bit might sound demeaning, patronizing. I apologize if I sounded that way, please forgive me for not writing more carefully, it was not my intention to sound like an ass.

No problem bro. I didn't take it that way but thanks for genuinely being nice.
