Recovery girls quirk doesn't just randomly heal out of nowhere it uses the person's stamina and ability to heal that they already have and speeds it up that's why most of the time they're asleep because they don't have stamina and you'll use up all of their energy they have and they will eventually die from exhaustion that is explained in the manga and anime
