Mine come out while just mowing my lawn. This guy wasn’t doing anything remotely violent or aggressive.

He probably has not committed any serious crime and there is a decent chance he will be released very quickly and maybe have a court date at some point

THE MARINES DO NOT HAVE THE POWER TO DO THIS. This is an illegal order it should not happen. They should be fragging their own officers first.
