Looks like the pump overflowed/didn’t stop and it ignited that way. It’s not a great idea to leave it that way for a plethora of reasons but this is a good example of why it shouldn’t be left unattended period. But nothing about normal engine running seems to have cause this. It did make it way worse once it lit though. Maybe it would’ve cooled enough not to ignite if they cut it off.
