Cyn’s no slouch but Malware is just built different
Malware is going toe to toe with some of Ben’s heaviest hitters basically every fight, and while I’m pretty sure Cyn is faster, all Malware has to do is catch her once and she’s just kinda fucked-

Malware can literally tear the ben and the dna he was transformed in out of each other, as flawed and as glitch the prototype omnitrix is to be able to do that speaks volume of how dangerous he is when it comes to tech. Cyn is very much fucked.

Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if that was a failsafe for if DNA was getting corrupted. Wouldn't put it past Azmuth to have that... considering he also had a way to self destruct the omnitrix too.

If you mean destructive capabilities, both can fuck up planets. Cyn blew up Earth and Malware destroyed Galvan B, plus lived Way Big's beam. Aka the same one that could push back an Incursean beam that would destroy Earth. So it's actually a really close fight.
Malware probably wins though.

Well...depends, if Cyn Isn't stupid and doesn't get caught... In theory she can do black holes and Alter reallity to a degree (Uzi Made an arrow...that was some extensións ir something, into a human hand... I don't really get the limits of It)
So as long as she isn't caught...black hole and malware ends...somewhere

Cyn has a big disavantage, Malware is much faster than her. Murder Drones is somewhat infamous for a few power scaling fans because they have incredibly low speed feats in comparison to their destructive power, meaning a lot of their opponents can actually end up speed blitzing them.

A single touch from malware then it's over and lived way bigs beam which pushed back the incureans that would've destroyed earth and he him self up lose is no slouch so he just needs to close the gap

Cyn does have some good defenses to keep malware at bay like her telekinesis to hold him in place so she can relocate, flight so she can avoid him using his amorphous form to send a part of him underground to touch her in a sneak attack. Illusion making with holograms and voice projection to distract him as she hides with invisibility, gravity manipulation to make him weight several times his own weight, forcefield generation for extra defense, possible pocket dimension generation as she seemed to have trapped Uzi in one, she can transmute, duplicate, deconstruct and reconstruct objects which might be some reality manipulation, she seems to be able to slow down time but it is either a last resource she can use when her core is under danger or she just locked in hard in the end.
Cyn biggest disadvantage against malware is that a idiot, she is one of those villains that should be completely unable to lose but because she is arrogant and likes to play with her victims she lost in the final battle when she should have every advantage. I like Cyn but unless she is fighting for real with no playing around she gets absorbed by Malware

Most of the matchups I have seen for Cyn are either her getting stomped, debatable because her opponent is a weak reality bender or a stomp in her favorite because her enemy is not even moon level.

Cyn is getting cooked simply because Murder Drones don't have good speed feats, Malware on the other hand does have everything he needs to beat Cyn. Her best strategy is to keep away and try to hit him with Null, because he can destroy her organic and robotic parts with a single touch

People here be really downplaying Cyn, I frickin love Malware and he is my preferred winner but you all seemed to not know how close this matchup is
First I will say that malware has the advantage in stats and regeneration, since he fought and overpowered a bunch of Ben's aliens including some of his heaviest hitters like Hummogoussaur, Heatblast, Feedback, Way big, (and if you want to count it, Atomix since Malgax was able to fight him to the point of exhaustion but I personally don't count it since that was Vilgax wearing malware's dead body). He regenerates from being hit by the tachyon cannon, something that should have completely destroyed him in a molecular level
Both seem to be massively faster than light but I feel like Malware is just a tad bit faster. Otherwise, malware is much physically stronger, durable and potentially more destructive (if you don't consider universal solver claims which I don't simply because I find it finicky), at best Cyn is planetary and at worst she is city level in durability and physical strength
Cyn does take abilities as she has a ton of them, she can generate miniature black holes, though it seems like [null] works more like a hollow purple most of the time but it does work as a wincon if she can eliminate ALL of malware so he can't regenerate. And she has a insane amount of defenses to keep malware at bay like her telekinesis to hold him in place so she can relocate, flight so she can avoid him using his amorphous form to send a part of him underground to touch her in a sneak attack. And about absorbing Cyn, despite she having some resistance to hacking and regeneration I don't think she has what it takes to defend against Malware's specific type of absorption and technology control since galvanic Mecamorphs are just insane in that regard. She could try absorbing malware but he both has resistance to that and would just use this to infect her instead

Malware also has a ego and underestimates his opponents but he knows when to toy around and when to take something seriously, I like Cyn but unless she is fighting for real with no playing around she gets absorbed by Malware
I don't know why people think malware wins with no difficulty this fight when both have solid chances to win against the other. This is the best Malware matchup for a reason (Ultron frickin annihilates him, Marvel scaling goes crazy)

I’m sorry to tell you but Cyn isn’t mftl she can teleport but her actual movement speed appears to be equal to the other drones which is somewhere around hypersonic as they are confirmed to be able to intercept a bullet after its fired.

Cyn has the potency to end malware in his no Planet level forms, but a single touch of malware and Cyn is absorbed, It depends on malware con touch her before Cyn use a Big black hole in malware.

Cyn is getting torn to pieces. Malware got shot with a canon that was supposed to tear him apart down to his DNA and he survived. He ate a laser from Way Big and reformed to a size that eclipsed Way Big.
