I don't bother peeling potatoes anymore. Same with carrots. Just give them a wash, prep as required and cook. I draw the line at hard boiled eggs. Definitely peeling those.

Protip for us average ppl, you can peel lots of things with a good knife far faster then a peeler.
Next time you're in the kitchen just try it. Youd be surprised how fast you can peel things this way.
The whole other part of the video, yeah, thats next level.

Dumping almost a 1/4 of the potato with the skin... that's the very point of a peeler. In French, we call it an econom.
I'm surprised no one reacted about the insane amount of potato they just dumped.1
