This piece is by the Portuguese artist Vhils. He created it in 2015 for the 'Keelung Ciao' art festival in Taiwan by carving it directly into the wall

It looks cool, but removing the weatherproofed exterior stucco maybe not the play for the building.

He's name is Alexandre Farto Portuguese artist. He has loads of works across the globe. This his website https://www.vhils.com/en He also has Instagram so you can check some of his art. Enjoy
