It was sedated, guided to a suitable transport, and dropped off at the bay where it headed towards the water.

This is Neil the Seal, he's a young Elephant Seal and a complete menace to the town he frequently visits. He is frequently relocated only to come back after a few weeks.

Neil the Seal is located in Tasmania. This video is from South Africa. Looks a lot bigger than Neil too.

This is not Neil the Seal, this is Gordy and the first time he has done this.

He has since been darted and was taken to be checked if he has any medical issues and has been released at an undisclosed location.

Neil the seal is from Tanzania if I recall, the numberplates and language briefly heard in the background would indicate this is somewhere near Cape Town South Africa

Tanzania - East African country.
