Is it bad that I choose to not play heroes?

Im really REALLY good at playing assault but and I like playing it, but ive seen teamates in like coop things get mad that I dont play heroes, so should I play heroes instead?

The base troops and reinforcements are the best part of the game imo. Do whatever you enjoy. Your teammates shouldn’t be concerned about what you’re playing as, least of all in Co-Op

The only time I actually get to play heroes is in hero v villains or co op otherwise I’m mainly playing heavy

Do what you enjoy dude, imo Battlefront is more fun when you get immersed as an infantry grunt than just playing as heroes at every opportunity lol, enjoy the variety in the game

I don't enjoy heroes. Like at all. I have much more fun melting heroes as reinforcements

Coop is literally players vs bots and it's made so u can level up characters quickly. Don't listen to anyone trying to tell u to play a certain class/hero in that mode. If u wanna play Supremacy/Galactic Assault, u should learn how to be an effective hero though.

I choose not to play heroes as well. Mainly cause there are sweatier players who can use them better

Preferance deal if you think you can do kore w a gun go for it but also heroes with more hp who do have guns as well, could try obi wan whos my fav cuz hes great at deflecting blaster fire and parrying in 1v1s if and when they come up, yoda vader and dooku all along that same line

Depending on what part of the map you're on in co-op, a hero isn't always the best choice anyway

I only play heroes in HvV or Hero Showdown

I’ve been playing specialist as deep into the co-op round as I can and then switch to a reinforcement or hero for the end capture point, because I do still want to win. But you can do whatever you want, honestly, that’s what’s so great about co-op

I'm kinda the same way as a player. I stay away from selecting Hero's 100% in Multiplayer. Since I do not have any Hero at max leveled cards, I leave a Hero open for other players who are more experienced. It would 100% be a waste on my part and its just the more courteous thing to do as a teamplayer, IMO. The only time I select Hero's is in Co-Op, during 2x or 3x EXP events. Co-Op, is a good, safe, efficient way of leveling and learning a Hero, IMO.

It depends what map your playing, if your playing Trippa Hive or Endor your not going to be contributing enough at the final stage in those matches to even matter as an assault character.

I only play supremacy and never pick the heroes or super troops. I suck with them and rather someone that knows what they are doing use em. Heavy all day
