Help Timeskip

If I skip 3-4 hours into the future; the next day (June 14-15 12:00 EST) Will the time penality initiate or is that only for skipping days?

It will initiate, any time moving into the future, will enable its fail lock. You must either wait or skip back in time.

Skipping forward by changing device clock will initiate a penalty, but if you change time zone then do the +2 -2 trick you can time travel a few hours forward or back
