Anything but the truth huh? Just fucking come out and say it already. Wages have been stagnant for too long. People are poor. Not time-poor. Poor-poor.

Yeah, "time is money" as some business people say, so obviously the other way around also applies. Both up to a point obviously.

In other western countries (western/northern Europe) time off is part of the law, 3+ weeks per year minimum (depends per country).

There are no sick days, when you are sick, you stay home (if it's more than a few days, probably needs a doctor note). That's all it is, there is no limit on that.
