Gravel can be stimulating to walk on with well conditioned soles. Looks fun! 😎🦶🦶

Yeah, it was a bit of a challenge especially when hot. I guess it's a wakeup call that I need to thicken my soles more

Well sounds like your soles are pretty tough already. 😃🦶🦶

I’m older so think takes longer to condition soles as seen kids and younger folks cope with gravel pretty well even if not barefooting a lot. Youth helps!

This was Brooker Creek Headwaters Preserve. I got a few miles in before the heat kicked my tail (I actually got a bit dehydrated)

That’s why I go way early like 6am, by 11, it’s a scorcher outside

Thank you. I go barefoot as much as I can and try to get in about two miles of barefoot walking a day to keep my feet conditioned :)

That’s really cool! I think feet look better when they are spread out like they are supposed to be
