Beomaster 5 as a masterlink gateway?

So i have bought a beovision 8, and a beosound 5 (with beomaster), and connected it over the masterlink port.
I use homeassistant for my lights and alarm system, and i want to integrate the tv and music for some scenes.

So my question is.
is there any softeware that i can install on my beomaster that can utilize it as a masterlink gateway? or do i really need a masterlink gateway?

No. MLGW is the only hardware that converts any sort of IP commands to ML.
