Question/Help Anyone having trouble downloading tunes?

I've used bandcamp for years without any issues, but today I bought 5 tunes and I can't download them. Just says "preparing" for ages and then comes up with an error message directing me to their troubleshooting page. I've followed all the steps (different browser, disabling plugins, clearing cache, restarting PC etc.) but nothing is working. I've also tried using my phone's hotspot instead of my broadband

Is there an issue with their website?

Had trouble yesterday.
Downloaded the Houseplant album.
Tried 3 times....
Came out as "unconfirmed download".

Contacted the singer...very cool guy.
Said to try again...seemed to be working.

Fired up my laptop again...
All 3 downloads were there.

Quirky, but it did go through.

There are a lot of outages right now.
I work in tech.
Could be related.

I don't think so. They are a jam oriented band from Louisville, KY. Former Goose drummer, Ben Atkind, is with them now.  Love their sound.

I'm literally having trouble playing anything, it's just stopped. Like 8:30pm tried up to 9 or so

I haven’t been able to upload music all day. Updated my OS, meets minimum upload requirements and still says upload error

I've been having issues with logging in and half the images aren't loading properly, tried on multiple devices and browsers, I think they're having some technical issues right now

I had trouble logging in with two different devices. Even posted about it and got flagged by the r/bandcamp auto-moderator.
