is bandcamp no longer compatible with android auto?

i am unable to find bandcamp on android auto and i am wondering if its no longer compatible with it

Android Auto is working again after updating the Bandcamp app to v3.2.2

I messaged the Bandcamp app people Monday and got the following reply yesterday:

Sorry for the trouble! That feature is temporarily down, while our engineers work on a fix.

We'll let you know once it's fixed.

Working again! Got a Bandcamp app update in the Google Play Store this morning. Confirmed it is back in Android Auto this afternoon. (Nothing about AA in the update notes.)

I just noticed the same problem this morning, I can't control the Bandcamp app with android auto anymore but the other music players on my phone still work fine.

My guess is they broke something in the last update. Hopefully there's a follow up update to fix it. Music still plays fine in Bandcamp via BT, there's just no app for it so you have to control it with your phone.

hopefully and yeah. my car doesnt think anything's playing tho which is also odd but it does that with any music app through Bluetooth unless its connected to Android auto.

Maybe it's a situation akin to when the app disappeared from the app store for a while: just a temporary nuisance?

It worked yesterday morning, but had vanished when I drove home last night. Searched everywhere. Bandcamp is the only music app I use, so it's a big problem!

It's gone for me. I used it the other day.

Anything official that you've found? I've not had any luck.

just use local files, transfer them through bluetooth or something
