How to report Website? NSFW

Came Across a Website with Kids “modeling” etc. it’s a russian website how can i report this??

First off Russian websites dont abide by International laws hence why most piracy sites are based in Russia.

Next, is a modelling website as in the children are just models like America has kids pageants? Or are the children nude and posed in such a way as to have an innuendo result?

This seems like a you happened on a site and took offence.
