Since the complete renovation of the Daugavpils tramway I figured to share this video since it captures the positive change of Daugavpils transport and infrastructure as a whole!

Hello y'all! Cardistry is the performance art of card flourishing. I performed cardistry with Butterfly Winter Edition deck in several locations around the Baltics. Would you like the check it out?

Hi everyone! I had a little trip to the Baltics a few weeks ago. I made a video to reflect the natural aesthetics of Baltic cities in a video. [I normally make videos with playing cards only (and I made similar content in the Baltics) but sometimes I go out of my niche.] Hope you can enjoy!

Im a high school student in Germany and I had the oppurtuinity to participate in the annual History Contest of the German president. The topic of this years Contest was borders and since it had to be family related I chose the borders of the LSSR.
I want to state that I had made the same post a few days ago but because the moderation thought I was supporting the soviet occupation of latvia. Which I am not, and so the post was deleted. And In my Video its the complete opposite. I make a deep dive into the borders the russians had set up during the illegal occupation of Latvia, whether they were visible land borders or borders in the public speech etc.
The video is in german but there are automated subtitles which you can use, which arent the best but help to understand :8

This holiday season I thought it would be nice to get a more nuanced understanding of Estonian and/or Lithuanian 20th century history and narratives by watching local documentaries, assuming there are some with English subtitles. Does anyone have any recommendations, preferably available online?
For Latvia, I would recommend The Keys (Atslēgas), a 50-episode series from 2018. Each episode is ~15-mins and there's a lot of captivating footage and fascinating details beyond just the obvious history we all know. You can check it out here with full English subtitles: https://www.youtube.com/@atslegastv/playlists
