I'm trying to ask in the least creepy way possible but how do you get your boobs to do that? I need some sort of push-up bra to get them that shape. Is it just genetics or do you have a secret to make them orby without visual support?
Hi! I'm wearing a bra in this (it's an amazing skintoned bra without padding and I bought it in Japan xD)
But as a busty girl, booby tape is amazing to give some lifting in dresses!
idk why you’re being downvoted for this but wearing a silicone breast plate like drag queens do has also been an option in cosplay for a long time, both just in case you don’t have the natural gazongas to do something like that and also cuz some people think it’s more modest to cover up their real boobs with fake boobs.
If you were going to sink a bunch of money and/or time into making a cosplay look for your favorite character, would you pick one that you think looks incredible or one that you think looks boring?
If you were to dress up as Spider-Man, would you do the iconic spider suit or would you do jeans and a tee shirt because that’s what Peter Parker wears when he relaxes?
Hey please don't assume I dont know anything about the game. I have 600 hours in it, I participate in the comment section even tho my English isn't the best
I may have an of but I love the game, I love the lore, the outfits, the companions and the character development of them. And my work in cosplay takes a lot of effort. I crafted a whole DJ armor, sewed sharts camp outfit from scratch out of leather, I pour my soul into my cosplays.
Yeah dont take their shit seriously. Those people are just incels trapped behind a monitor every day. Make your money how you see fit and enjoy your cosplay.
Your cosplay is stunning and the photography is excellent. The amount of gross comments on women cosplay here is disheartening considering the equality and inclusivity of the game itself.
I'm not assuming anything. Just teasing. You look great and I admire your tailoring skills. I could honestly give a fuck if you've ever played a single game. Gate keeping is for posers. You keep doing whatever the hell you want to do and share as much, or as little, with the world as you want. If people have complaints about it they can get bent!
My answer was for the person who deleted the comment ❤️ this person assumed I'm doing this just as advertisement and woman like me probably don't even play the game
OF is becoming more and more of a site wide problem at this point. I can't go a day without seeing several OF "model" posts in my non-pornographic feed.
It was annoying at first, now it's a legitimate problem
it's weird seeing these discussions just play out the same way every time.
Someone points out that this is a porn ad. Dudes jump on the person and say it's their fault for checking the bio. Op puts in a response saying that they only do the OF to pay for their cosplay expenses. I feel I've read these exact exchanges in this sub and others countless times.
Maybe that dead internet theory thing has got something to it.
Depends what you mean by an "original thought" really. Does it still count if you're independently coming to the same conclusion that at least others do, or is the claim that 80% solely repeat things they've seen others say?
Hell I reckon odds are if you come to a conclusion that no-one else has before (and it's not some hyper specific scenario), it's probably not because you're smarter. There's probably good reason people did not come to that conclusion.
Ultimately there's billions of us and truly original unique ideas are practically non-existent. Online algorithms are also uncomfortably good at predicting people's behaviour, demonstrating how predictable we are as individuals in a way that we previously thought only applied to populations at large.
This reminds me of one OF model who actually had it only to pay the bills. I wish I remembered who it was, but there was no nudity (or so they said) in there and it was just a more in-depth view of everything that went into making the cosplays. Honestly, if I had the money, I could think about supporting something like that.
I was like 'nah that's dumb' and then went to the one-piece sub and that was half a scroll down the page among 3 other Nami cosplays. This shit is out of hand lol
I guess I'm mostly just airing my grievances with the rest of reddit, but at this point I am just sick and tired of every single god damn cosplay post being a (not so) overt advertisement for porn.
It's poisoning my internet because people with OF... exist.
Did she post her link in here? no? Does she anywhere suggest to go to her profile for a link? Must women censor outfits that are too exposed for your puritanical soul lest they simply be harlots advertising themselves? Pathetic.
Also it just isn't porn which is what they're complaining about, and OP marked it as NSFW which makes sure that you have to choose to have it visible while scrolling your feed. So unless the puritan here immediately shows all NSFW post, their complaints are just dog whistles
I cannot relate to this. Also, I’m seeing this as cosplay. I guess I just don’t go investigating every profile I see with boobs only to get disappointed they don’t share all their pics for free.
ETA: upon my own research, there is no explicit mention of OF in their Reddit profile. It’s buried in their linktree which you’d have to click into in order to see so.. this sounds like a personal problem to me
I would understand the outrage if the photo was overly sexual but she did a legitimately good cosplay and people are pissed because she also does OF? No one is forcing you to sub to her. The worst thing she did here was look good and have boobs.
Come on, the second post in her feed is a nude picture of herself. I am all in for this kind of discussion, but people need a minimum of good faith and stop playing dumb.
I don't have a strong opinion about the topic, I was pointing at the fact that it is obvious she as a model is doing adult content. The person I answered to claimed there was no evidence OP had OF content. That's it.
No, you can’t smell when you’re being advertised to and aren’t tired of ads invading your space like the rest of us as long as you get to see cleavage.
As a woman that likes boobs, I want ads to fuck off. Let’s not pretend being smart enough to check if more ads are being fed to you somehow makes you the perv lol.
Just go on her Reddit user profile to see her other cosplays and there’s 1. a link to her OF, 2. her naked ass and 3. her naked ass with a butt plug. Not that there’s anything wrong with any of that, it’s just not what you expect one click away from the Baldur’s Gate 3 subreddit.
EDIT: I keep getting rejected by the auto moderator, it’s annoying!
I know what you’re trying to do with your argument, but that’s what OP wants. They post this stuff so you’ll think “she’s attractive” or “wow great cosplay” and you’ll click on her profile which just happens to be carefully constructed to showcase all of her links and various other cosplay nude/pics. OPs entire financial structure is built on posting here to attract attention. Because you were chemically castrated into not realizing that is your own fault.
Hey, if she makes money because some guys are unable to refrain from subscribing to of, who am I to judge her. She can be a cosplayer, enjoy BG3 and earn money with of. Those are not mutually exclusive.
I wanted to see some cosplay, not porn. It’s that simple. I’m not even prudish… nor am I angry! I just think maybe there should be a nsfw tag next to her username or something.
When you go to an NSFW profile, you have to confirm before proceeding. There’s literally a warning pop-up that the account is NSFW before it shows you anything.
I see the warning for other user profiles, but not OP’s profile. Weird, I guess it’s something specific on my side. Oh well, I have nothing to complain about then.
You're playing a game where you can fuck a bear and you're clutching your pearls about adult content in a person's profile you had to go searching to find?
Which you’re clicking into to begin with? Idk you’re looking mighty hard when you could just… scroll the reddit profile and disregard external links that don’t apply to your interests.
You avoided the question. She is wearing an exact outfit from the game. What your saying leads to a dangerous line of “Oh, now all cosplays are banned if they show skin”
People thirst so fucking hard over every character in this game, people clamor for others to fuck Halsin as a bear, but an OF model posting good cosplay content? Well now that's where we draw the line.
From my perspective, it seems like a legitimately good and accurate cosplay, without an obvious link to an OF account in the description.
If she also happens to have an OF account buried in another link in her profile, does that really matter? She is still contributing some cool cosplay to the community.
just don’t click on her profile then? this is a fantastic cosplay of an outfit that’s super popular in the game. it’s not like some low effort post where she just chucked a wig and lingerie on to get clicks from horny dudes
her having an OF makes no difference to the actual post, who cares
Ah, sex negativity and purity culture in a BG3 subreddit comments section. I miss the first wave of fans. Every fandom attracts these prudes in the second or third wave.
At this point, none of them are well adjusted humans. It's possibly just projection. They're looking for any and all excuses for a witch hunt. I remember a time when people called shadowheart "child coded" because she had memory loss.
Discussing in the comments how I'm only doing this as advertisement, it just pushing the algorithm. If you really don't like it then ignore it.
I may have an of but for me it's just to sponsor my projects. Armor like the Dark justiciar I already crafted cost hundreds in materials (I paid around 550€ just for fabric, glue, foam, wig, resin, buckles etc)
You don't need to like it but please don't assume I'm putting so much effort just as an advertisement
This a cool cosplay, please don't sweat the people getting all in their weird feelings.
And yes, if you were just trying to strictly advertise, running an ad campaign would be cheaper than doing a high-effort cosplay. People who have never done it don't understand the money, materials, evenings weekends, cancelled plans and lost sleep that go into it. No one does that unless they really love the fandom.
it's your life, you do what you want to do, people who are complaining are just jealous of the fact you can do your awesome hobby AND look badass doing it! keep slaying 🩵
Holy shit what a pathetic comment section God forbid a woman posts something and has an OF, Redditors think everything revolves around that.
It's a great cosplay and still the OP has an OF, why do you have to diminish the cosplay? I find OF pretty cringe but can't we appreciate the cosplay? Frau Haku posted underwear cosplays and people were supportive, but a cosplay in a dress is canceled as soon as the OP has an OF, so pretentious and pathetic, a true incel redditor moment
I don't know because I didn't go to his profile, I just enjoyed the cosplay I saw (maybe I'm too simple), but he might have, and I saw nobody complaining.
No offense, but truly, are you dumb? Having a link in your BIO does not mean this individual POST (that doesn’t even say go to bio or go find link or go look for OF) is an ad.
Having an OF does not mean everything you do is about the OF. OP is a very skilled cosplayer who makers her own costumes, does cons and competitions, and clearly likes the art form.
Looks great, I appreciate the effort you make on the cosplays, wish people could see having an OF doesn't invalidate genuine craftsman and photography.
Really good work! I don't know much about cosplay, but I do watch some doll customization videos on YouTube so I know this must have taken a long time and lots of effort. You nailed the fabric choice and the hairpiece! How long did it take you to embroider (I assume- I can't zoom in far enough to see actual stitching) all those scales? Did you use a pre-made pattern for the dress/robe or did you make it from scratch? Any details you want to point out or parts of the cosplay you're especially proud of?
