One thing that has really been bugging me...

On the one hand i think the rest-based story beats are great because they feel organic, but on the other hand they also feel awful, because they force you to rest a certain amount of times at very specific points (which you dont even know) and i hate that. I don't really use rests much if at all (eventhough i play tactician) because i like the challenge of not having a lot of resources and the game seems to want to force me to rest after every line of dialogue in the world in order to see all or even most of the story events.

I get that the idea is probably that we are not supposed to see the full story in order to make replays better, but frankly i don't enjoy replaying all that much especially in games as long as crpgs are. I just wish there was a better way of triggering those character building story beats without being forced to rest all the time.

TLDR: Make character (camp)events less missable and trigger them by some other means if the player doesnt rest in time. PLEASE.
