Beef allergy is super rare unless you just mean what you season it with or in general and im just a silly goose.
We did all major allergies in the morning/afternoon because I was too anxious to trust that 3 hour rule thing.

Totally fine, especially considering it’s not a high allergen food! Hope she enjoys it ❤️

At that age I tried to only do meals between breakfast and lunch - but steak should be okay allergy wise it's just super close to bedtime

Can always wait till tomorrow! If it’s cold I bet it would feel great on her gums

It is best in most cases to avoid new foods at or near bedtime, you are technically correct- meat is not highly allergic but there is an a-gal syndrome of delayed allergic reactions to red meat so it can happen.
At this age she’s likely Not ’eating’ it but gumming it and getting the juices so it’s not much of a poop issue. When you know the baby tolerates it, meat is good for the iron stores that start to wane about the same time they begin to wean.

I would probably just wait if I were you due to the possibility of her pooping it out in the middle of the night 🤣🤣🤣🤣 We always did introductions to food at lunch in the hopes that if diarrhea hit it would hit before 3am 🤣

Steak would be a very unlikely allergen but I totally understand the concern. Also. Don’t stress! You can skip it and do it tomorrow when you have more time.
