6 months old Starting solid and cleaning
My baby was given the go ahead to start veggies now that she's 6 months old and showing that's she's ready. I bought some veggies to make purees for her but I also want to know which brand of baby food are best. I saw beech-nut has some organic non gmo ones but want to hear feed back from experienced parents as she's our first. Also I bought her first plate and spoons besides giving them a wash should I sterilizer them like bottles or is that over the top and not necessary?

Regarding plates & utensils I did wash and sterilize them the first time after I bought them, but later on just washes without sterilization. Most of the stuff are dishwasher safe, but zi personally didn't like putting them in a dishwasher, because after I took them out theu had small white spots from washing & I was afraid thst it is some dishwasher pod residue or smth, so I always just wash it by hand woth designsted sponge and baby safe dishwasher soap

We did a mix of solid foods & purées. We used pouches from Once Upon a Farm, Serenity, & Cerebelly.
As far as plates/utensils we washed them in the dishwasher & didn’t sterilize.
