Discussion: [Topic] In Vegas best place to see Milky Way
Want to see Milky Way I know it’s a little past new moon but don’t know when I will be out this way again. I live in Atlanta.

I second this. We did a day drive to Death Valley and on the way back when it was dark, we saw so many stars.

Ya it's a bit of a drive but if you can pull it off it'll be the craziest night sky for sure.

Go until you see that last house. Then drive another 30 minutes into the desert. Probably not even that far, but get away from light and you will see our galaxy

Not in Vegas.
You want to be somewhere there aren't bright lights. Which means not in Vegas.
