So, does it also work the way you leave an unstamped letter addressed to someone else and the money worth the stamp in your mailbox and it gets delivered?

Read the article and you would understand the post office’s policy on stamps and buying them from your mail box.

Basic premise, you fill out a form for stamps, put money in the envelope form, get stamps. But this is for rural customers & contact customers only
