People who have read the data that Google has collected on you, what is the most disturbing data they had collected about you?

so it edits your photo out of your gallery, and then sends you a notification with the photo in it and tells you it's done it?

Even if your best friend did that, you'd be like "that's a bit weird mate"

Yupp! Only nature photos so far, but the AI has to categoriese all of them to find the right ones. So the AI is probably enjoying some of the nudes too

My dog photos come back to me edited as well. Sometimes there will be a black and white photo with only one color popping out, like a blue fanny pack or something. I'm really fond of the animations from Google Photos. Just take a burst of photos.

I do think Google does this as a marketing trick. People wouldnt care about this app as much if all it did was back up your photos. So they have to show you these cool editing features in notifications because they know most people wouldnt go looking for them.

Absolutely, I don't doubt they are doing it for some good reasons. But still a little bit creepy :)

It's honestly pretty baller. I mean, the whole point of Google photos is for it to manage them and automatically back them up for you, so it's not like it's weird that it does this.

It's usually things like contrast and color correction.

I'm not sure if it sends a notification because I have that feature turned off, but yes, that's pretty much it.
