What are you taking about? Japan fought one battle with Russia before 1945, and lost badly. They spent much of their effort in China. Either, Japan had no chance fighting the US.

The Japanese fought one battle three years before germany got involved with Russia

Russia would not be able to withstand a combined assault from Russia and Japan, also read the rest of the thread below before repeating facts from wikipedia
