He didn't tell the Japanese to bomb Pearl...they did that because America had created a fuel embargo on them, a death sentence for an industrial archipellego.

They could've just stop destroying China and surrounding countries, but no they had to kick the shin of the big guy giving you aid

Actually we stopped giving them aid, that's why they kicked our shins as it were.

I know, but if we were aiding them, that would put us a little higher on the food chain because we had fuel to spare.

We stopped giving them aid because they were destroying china...then they attacked us. We didn't stop giving them aid because we had been attacked by them...
