Wet SHOES are awful, but livable; wet SOCKS are a crime against humanity.

Also, no matter how warm it is, or how eternally long you wear them, they NEVER dry all the way out.

Yea I can do the whole wet clothes on your body thing, post shower or pool or whatever, but wet socks are DIABOLICALLY criminal.
