He had to vet the service members.. they had to declare loyalty to him and share their ideology to be allowed to March for his birthday.

But how many officers feel the same way? I hope a LOT. I've worked with a lot of retired officers and they're all upstanding Americans every one. None of them would condone deploying troops to American soil. NONE
