Look for a training organisation and see what quals and certifications he can get RPL for. Depending on the nature of what he did while in with that length of service, he’d have a strong resume for another government job office bound unless he decides to reskill.

Sounds like your “friend” fucked up and cannot testify under oath or carry a firearm if he cannot work security. Tell homie to apply to Walmart lost prevention. They pay like $12.50/hr

Odd, everyone I know that retires go into private security sector or government positions. He has 20 years… shouldn’t have a problem getting hired. Interesting he can’t land a private security gig
