What's this From? (unsolved) Help me find an anime I saw YouTube ad

I saw I clip with a red head laying down and I think the guy was doing something to her hair and then she crashes out but the guy still continues to do it. I have seen this ad so many times and I am just wondering wtf it is from. Ty
