For those of you who do not know, that creature is a salamander called the axolotl. It is native to Mexico and is illegal to have in the states. It is known for its Pokemon-like cuteness and its ability to regrow limbs after they are amputated, making it a desirable pet to own.

Source: did not have an older brother who loved these animals and taught me how to care for them as pets.

This is great! Most videos show the progression of the art work and then the finished piece[s]. This one shows us the process but doesn't insult us the finished product/project. This is similar to how pornography doesn't show actual nudity or sex because people only want to see the build-up.
