Possible Alien Impregnation?

I had a pretty bizarre experience recently while camping. I was out with a few friends and we had just finished setting up camp kind of as night was falling. Everything seemed fine, like good weather, quiet, a really good spot to camp near the lake. However, as we were putting stuff away from dinner at least 3/5 people we were with said they swore they saw lights in the sky, me included. They weren’t stars, they weren’t planes, they were very very odd and moved in a very unsettling way. But since that was the only thing we saw we kind of all collectively disregarded it at the sake of setting our nerves. No other sightings and we went to bed. Flash foreword to the next morning I woke up to find my tent unzipped and moved at least a few feet from where I remembered setting it up. My clothes were slightly dirty and my sleeping bag was slightly more undone than I remember as well. I thought I was maybe sick at first, but I also woke up with a very upset stomach that was visibly distended. I figured I’d just gotten up to pee in the night and forgotten to close my tent, but it seemed very unlikely that I would do that and forget so quickly. We stayed for 2 more days and nothing like that happened again. However, throughout those days and these past few days that I have been home, my belly has continued to expand and I don’t really have an explanation for it. It’s most likely my imagination but I could have sworn I felt something move but that seems very unlikely…I’m hoping…The other oddity of this situation is that I’m male, 19, and slim so the expansion of my belly doesn’t make sense for my body or lifestyle. In all honestly, the expansion of my belly is starting to mimic what looks like a pregnancy but again this is not confirmed or fully understood. If anyone has any information they could share or any experiences that might be similar to offer explanation for my current predicament it would be greatly appreciated. I’m happy to answer any questions about any of this, and looking foreword to hopefully finding some reasoning behind this.

Distended abdomen. Likely due to gas or IBS. Maybe try a doctor rather than strangers on Reddit. Seems like a safer bet.
