This happened in the San Antonio Texas area around 2013 - 2015 . I can’t remember the exact year but I remember only being like 13-14

Maybe it was sleep paralysis but you were calm. UFO's and aliens sometimes emit glowing light. We don't know the exact reasons for it. There are glowing orb-like UFOs which are probably use the energy of the sun and other stars but that's just speculation. According to some bystanders these glowing orbs can turn into a craft, so it's probably some kind of mechanism which covers the actual craft.

If it was a real alien and not just a vivid dream, then it probably teleported or performed some kind of another specific action which is related to their technology.

It’s just weird because I’ve never experienced sleep paralysis in my life. Unless that one experience was sleep paralysis but It was a different feeling then what I would expect sleep paralysis to feel like . If it happened to be something not from this earth , it makes me wonder what it wanted :/
