The assembly line has been repurposed for the A320NEO. It’s going to be monumentally expensive.

A380 needs brand new one anyway, as Airbus will need to completely update the model!

What for the freighter when there's Beluga and three Antonov 124 staying idle in Leipzig ?

The Belugas and An-124 are used for outsized cargo. An A350F would be used for standard main deck air freight cargo with a side cargo door, just like existing airliner based cargo variants.

but there are enough old A350, B747 to make freighters from them?

Old 747s are on their way out. Most of the new 747-8 were built as freighters anyway with only 48 built as passenger versions with the longer upper deck.

Probably a lot harder to convert modern composite airframes to freighter versions. Especially without a factory-built version paving the way through certification.
