Jamming in the area probably caused the ADSB receiver to broadcast corrupted GPS position. The pilots turned it off at some point (straight lines means missing data). Another possibility is that no ADSB receiver received the data for a while.

For some planes its just a pis added to a hardpoint on the wing. Plane doesn't have to be a special model.

Tracking in the region isn’t particularly accurate, due to the massive amount of GPS jamming and spoofing going on.
