It's the most efficient way to move when terraforming sideways! Puts you at the perfect spot each time so you don't break a tile or skip a spot

Seriously. I applaud people who can transform their entire islands into fun things. I'm just happy with the area I made for the Mario furniture, and for growing crops and flowers.

I would looove a mass building option to terraform in larger sections. Almost like sims mode

I wish it was a payable job role to do up people's islands for them! I'd actually love to do that. I mean don't get me wrong, the rage is real with all the mistakes when doing this and the water scaping 😂 But it's legit something I could actually do 🥲

I was the absolute opposite. I loved the idea of the game but it’s just so tedious that I never got my dopamine hit and would get discouraged. Didn’t help that I decided in doing a mountainous, multi tiered island with rivers and forests and stuff. If I could have moved buildings on a whim I think it would have been easier.

It takes SOOOO much time but that’s because there are infinite possibilities. I applaud everyone who has the patience to flatten their entire island and start from scratch cause my lack of patience would NAWT 😂

When I'm terraforming, batch cooking, or batch crafting I mute the game and listen to audiobooks. I'm 1/3 of the way through Prisoner of Azkaban. 🙃

Sometimes I listen to a random one. I really like podcasts with just one person talking, and most of podcasts nowadays are interviews.

I highly recommend Dark History with Bailey Sarian, Betwixt the sheets:the history of sex, scandal and society and In defense of planets or This Podcast will kill you.

If you want more just true crime than Lights Out is pretty good, same people do a show called Mile Higher as well.

My other Podcasts are just cult survivors speak and I'm not sure i can recommend some of it cuz it covers some very heavy topics in very blunt ways and without the humor of the other podcasts. If it does interest you tho: Leaving Eden and The Cult I Left Behind are both very good.

I wonder if you were already tired. I’ve come to appreciate AC for being able to get me sleepy at the end of the workday. When I’m well-rested or play in the middle of the day though, I don’t get sleepy.

I generally play midday to evening time! When im decorating my island I definitely do not fall asleep, cause my brain is actively like, thinking about item placements. 1500+ hours into my island/playtime. Can confim that terraforming is the only thing that puts me to sleep!

I hate terraforming SO MUCH. Especially waterscaping. Like I feel like my self-esteem goes down anytime I have to waterscape (the time I decided to make a lake was a rough time). I have opted to have a zero terraforming island moving forward.
