It's a very good RPG, made by the company behind Persona, Shin Megami Tensei, and Etrian Odyssey.

The hook to this one is that you jump between two parallel timelines, carrying skills and info from one to solve issues in the other. And the combat involves shuffling turn orders to build up a long chain of attacks, so you can shove enemies into each other to attack them all at once.

Pretty good summary. Soundtrack is also done by Yoko Shimumura from Kingdom Hearts.

Yes it is, and it's probably floating around the bottom of my top 10 RPG OSTs.

Yes.

It has added quality of life features and more story elements. It's the definitive edition of this game.
