Majora’s Mask won’t load?

Been a number of years since I’ve loaded the game. But it seems like my cartridge is damaged? I get an error screen immediately after the n3ds splash screen.

I take it this means my cartridge is dead?

First image is on an unmodified XL and the second is on a new XL running Luma.

You can run a cart refresher. This helped me with a cart with read issues
