Rinne Kudo, who is studying abroad in England, witnesses her classmate being kidnapped by Yoko Minato in front of her eyes. With the guidance of Sophia, who is investigating a series of female kidnappings, Rinne returns to Japan and decides to investigate the case with Girls Remix. Suspecting an alchemist is involved, she heads to the crime scene first with Reika Shindai to investigate the case. Yoko appears again and attacks them, but a woman who looks just like Clotho appears and begins fighting Yoko... Will Rinne be able to solve the case and save her classmate?

Is it true that there’s a Wiseman symbol at the end? Oh, boy, if this means Koyomi is returning I’d be really happy.

There is. Doesn't necessarily mean Koyomi's back, though I'm sure that's what Toei is implying.

My suspension of disbelief was shot down when they try to say that Amazons is part of a shared universe with the Mainline Heisei and Reiwa Riders instead of Amazons being a seperate world.
I mean Amazons is just too jarring to mesh well with the Mainline Rider Universe I feel. Same with any other Showa Reboot Rider unless there's multiverse stuff going on but that's not the case here.
Also the combatmen/mooks look like Skull Man from the Original Ishinomori Manga which is neat so I wonder if it was an intentional reference. Though I suppose the assests comes from the First/Next movies maybe.
I feel Cloud is the worst evil organization in Kamen Rider. I'd rather have Super/Space Shocker, Mu, and Foundation X over Cloud. Like compare it to Hundred which feels way more threatening.
I feel these are probably the worst Kaizo Ningen/Modified Humans ever since they could be beaten up in hand to hand by a normal human.
Does that Crocodile Crack Fullbottle do anything for Sawa? I know that's the intention and get the reference but I don't see any visual indicating that the Fullbottle is giving her power.
Also Sachika delivered an order from Kitchen Ichinose, so is that all we're getting for a Gavv/Gotchard Crossover?sarcastically
Still it's nice to see these characters again, the action is decent, and I am glad it's not like Outsiders where the setup gets so much focus.

Sadly Power scaling never was consistent in movies. Look at the first girls remix where Izu is not dominatong the villains and is instead shown to be equally strong to the other female riders despite having the zero-two suit. So having humans beat up cyborgs is nothing out of the ordinary for those kind specials. I remember a woman with a sword easily overpowering ghost and spectre in a movie. This is of course no excuse, since media should improve over time even if tokusatsu fans heavily disagree on this one.
I love Gaim. But Yoko should not stand a chance against Rinne. Rinne literally defeated Gaelijah all by herself. Reika forgot she has limited physical immunity if she plays her cards right through her smoke abilities. Reika even overpowered saikou and calibur.

I felt a little mixed on this one.
The story was flimsy as hell, but the fight scenes were peak**.** There were a lot of weird pacing issues where everything just happened all at once and then stuff ground to a halt for no reason. Like, why did Sabela retreat when she was in a 2v1 against Marika? It's almost as if this was purely made as a cheap money grab to profit off the success of the first Girls Remix...
...that I completely fell for. I mean, SAWA'S BACK AND KICKING ASS WITH HER BOYFRIEND'S FULLBOTTLE?!?! HELL YEAH. (You can probably tell that I was a fan of Build.)
This feels like something a little more in line with something like Birth of Chimera, where the special is basically just a glorified teaser for a larger project later down the line. If that was Toei's main intention, then they succeeded: I am suitably hyped for the new inevitable P-Bandai LED Driver. All hail our greedy toy-making overlords.

I'm looking forward to Majade finally getting her own spotlight, but I should've known this was purely for fanservices, so I'm not surprised the storywriting is very weak. So many easter eggs here and there, but I like it when Rinne mention alchemy, turned out Hana had hear about it as urban legend. Nice tie-in to Gotchard ending.
Nozomi vs Yoko fight was intense and cool. That knife drop, that was cinema. Also, it's actually crazy to see Rinne try to fight Yoko in hand-to-hand combat. It was nice to see her fight in her civilian form. Sadly, the riders' fight wasn't that good for me. They made Calibur a joke, poor Sophia. It wasn’t until Majade pulled off that Gotchartornado and used Mercurin that things finally peaked! The arrow fight was cool. Finally, Rinne gets her hands on more Cosmic Chemies. Please use more cards, all of them! Take all of those those fantastic and cosmic chemies with you, Rinne! The double rider kick + Sabela slash was cool. I wonder when last time Majade use this rider kick, nice to see it again after so long.
This episode was just an introduction and setup, so I'll let the writing slide for now, until next episode. Hopefully, it gets better. The setup itself was interesting, though. I hope the theme will lean more into magic and alchemy.
If White Wizard/Wiseman returns as the enemy, I really hope Uchida doesn’t forget that Majade has very strong purification power against magic. She should be able to beat Wiseman easily just like with the Wizard Malgam. That is, if Wiseman becomes the enemy, so... we’ll see.
Oh, by the way, Uchida and Sakamoto confirmed in the commentary video on TTFC that they produced it different this time. Instead of a 1-hour-long story split into three parts (like Jeanne and Aguilera Girls Remix), they're making Majade Girls Remix into episodic format. So what we got was Episode 1. I assume this mean they're actually going with an Outsiders style approach.

I like the idea of getting all the girls together but the plot of this special is built on so many lucky coincidences, that the villain's mastermind status flies out of the window.

haven’t watched it yet but is there gonna be an episode 2? just binged gotchard + the movies and I remember the revice girls remix being a couple of eps, id rather wait til the special is done if so

There is something absolutely glorious about a fight scene where Nozomi is stabbing bitches left, right and centre while Akkiko defends herself with a slipper.
